With 18 years of experience, I have collaborated with diverse individuals facing a wide range of obstacles. My approach fosters a supportive and constructive environment where clients can freely express their emotions and collaborate on strategies to manage and alleviate stressors weighing them down. Together, we can embark on a journey towards self-discovery and empowerment, paving the way for a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages and I am often told that I am a "good listener". Focusing on building on someone's strengths and helping them see their full potential is what makes strength-based therapy my specialty. It is easy for me to see the good in someone and to help them see the good in themselves.
